Florida is the second state to pass legislation allowing electronically signed and witnessed Wills, which will be effective in 2018. Nevada already allows electronic Wills.
New Jersey currently does not have any electronic Will legislation. However, an electronically signed and witnessed Will would almost certainly be admitted under New Jersey's "Writings intended as Wills" statute. N.J.S.A. 3B:3-3.
The catch is that a Court proceeding would have to be filed in order to probate such a Will.
