Social Security

We assist individuals in obtaining disability benefits from Social Security if they have medical conditions which prevent them from working. We have represented clients with initial applications and appeals. For individuals unfamiliar with the system, the process of filing for disability benefits can be confusing and time consuming. Even if you started the process on your own, we still may be able to help you. We are frequently retained after a client has already been denied benefits after filing an application on their own.

We typically do not charge a fee for an initial consultation on an application or appeal for benefits from Social Security. If you were denied Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income ("SSI") benefits, we typically handle the case on a contingency basis, which means that we are not paid unless we obtain benefits for you.
